  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier. Resolution may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order. Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.
